Meet Suzette Samuel: Author, Realtor, and Serial Entrepreneur

Reality TV star Suzette Samuel says she "had to die" to become the woman she was meant to be, and she's now sharing her story with the world in her self-published autobiography, She Had to Die to Become Her.

Samuel, who appeared on the fourth season of MTV's Real World/Road Rules Challenge in 2014, reveals in the book that she was once an "urban vixen model" in the entertainment industry, spending her days " indulging in the luxuries of celebrity circles, and navigating relationships with powerful men" before she made a "conscious decision" in the spring of 2022 to dedicate her life to God through baptism, per the Hill.

"This pivotal moment marked the beginning of a new chapter in her life, one that led her to walk away from the superficial world of reality television and a public relationship that did not align with her newfound spiritual path," Samuel says in a press release.

She says she hopes her book will "empower women who feel trapped in various aspects of their lives to break free and experience a profound breakthrough."
