Scarlett Charles is just 7 years old, but she's already made a name for herself as a British prodigy in the world of art.

She's also the subject of a new exhibition in Hong Kong called "Genius Painter Future Leader," which features works by the young artists from Childlike Art, a not-for-profit that specializes in kids' art, reports the South China Morning Post.

"In an era dominated by AI, fostering human creativity is more important than ever," says a Childlike Art instructor and part-time university lecturer who focuses on children's art education.

The show, which runs from July 15 to July 30, 2024, also includes works by 7-year-old Ethan Shum, whose "pointillism, echoing the mastery of Paul Signac," per Childlike Art, is described as being "as rich in imagination as they are in execution."

Childlike Art opened in 2008 in Hong Kong, offering classes in everything from Western painting and Chinese painting to calligraphy and sculpture.

It has since partnerships with top art universities, and its alumni have gone on to pursue careers in the arts, per the Morning Post.
