Jones was born July 12, 1941, in Youngstown, to Leona and William Jack Jones.
Jones spent the next 15 years as a state-certified instructor of phlebotomy and medical terminology at Choffin Career Center.
He also taught microbiology for four years at National College.
Jones leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 38 years, Darlene; four children.
