Community Foundation receives $5.4 million gift from Gatti family.
Community Foundation for Brevard calls gift a "transformative gift" to create the Walter J.
J.
Gatti Center for the Performing Arts.
The center will be located in Brevard County, Florida, near the town of Brevard.
The Gatti's donated the money to the Community Foundation in what the foundation calls a 'transformative' gift.
