USF professor Madison Pollino empowers marginalized youth through public speaking mentorship.
Escalando Nuestro Futuro is a 12-week mentorship program designed by the Hispanic Services Council.
The program is aimed toward middle school students from marginalized Hispanic communities.
Pollino also created a public speaking curriculum for the students.
and experience with public speaking accessible to younger students.
