That's why she's hoping her company's "Streaming Queue Music" will help contact centers "truly differentiate their customer experience."
As part of Avaya's DevConnect program, Easy On Hold will work with Avaya's Aura contact center system to test its software, which allows call centers to stream music to callers while they're on hold, TechCrunch reports.
